Some of the notable developments that are progressing within Shams Abu Dhabi are Luxury Development’s Mangrove Place, Dhafir Development’s Amaya Towers (previously called Atlantis) and Empire Holding’s Waterfront Tower.

All these buildings can now be seen rapidly progressing in the Shams Abu Dhabi precinct, with some coming lose to structural completion.

More recently, Sorouh completed all road networks and extensive bridge works within Shams, and started testing the street lighting in early July. Furthermore, several sub-developments including Tameer Towers, Beach Towers and Al Wifaq’s tower are taking shape and will soon be visible as the towers complete their basement and foundations works and start rising above ground level.
